ACE GIFT CARD PROGRAM FAQ

We hope that you will agree that a ACE Gift Card is the perfect gift for every occasion. The gift card can be used like a debit card until the value has been fully redeemed. The card must be presented at the restaurants in order to use it. Gift cards are available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations and can be purchased in store or on our website. Gift cards may be combined together to use at the same time.

Treat this card as cash. It cannot be replaced if ost or stolen. • Cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where requird by law and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• ACE Gift Cards will be accepted for final payments of private parties andcatering events up to $1000.
• Gift Cards Cannot be used towards deposites.
• ACE Gift Cards are not valid the same day as purchased during "Holiday Bonus Sales".

ACE Gift Cards never expire and there are no maintenance or non-usage fees. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used. They are accepted for food, beverage, tax and gratuity at all participating fs every day of the week.

There are no maintenance or non-usage fees for the ACE Gift Card. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used. Even after using your gift card, any remaining balance will remain intact until you use it again.

Any amount not used when paying for your meal stays on your gift card. You can use the remaining balance on your card at your next visit to any ACE location.

You cannot add value to a gift card at this time. Once the card has reached a zero balance you will have to purchase a new card.

ACE Gift Cards can be used at all participating Ala Carte Entertainment locations.

Yes. Branded Moretti's & ACE Gift Cards are accepted at all ACE locations.

Yes. You can use as many ACE Gift Cards as you like to pay for your meal. ACE Gift Cards are accepted like cash and therefore can be combined for use together.

Yes. You can apply your ACE Gift Card to your full check including the food, beverage, tax and gratuity.

ACE Gift Cards will be accepted for payments of private parties and catering events up to $1,000. Gift Cards cannot be used towards deposits but for final payment only.
Holiday Bonus Certificates will not be accepted for private parties, catering events or delivery.

Gift cards are valid for delivery orders.

Gift cards are not valid the same day they are purchased DURING HOLIDAY BONUS SALES.

Please protect your gift card like cash because they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

We ship our gift cards using UPS signature required deliveries to ensure that the proper recipients receive their cards in a timely, safe manner. We like to be accountable for the gift cards until they safely reach their intended destination and because the gift cards are accepted like cash, they do need to be signed for to make sure that the proper recipients do receive them.

Because ACE Gift Cards are accepted like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, UPS delivers all gift card packages with a signature required upon delivery. Any adult can sign for your package.

UPS will make a total of three different delivery attempts to the address that you provided before returning the package back to Ala Carte Entertainment. If UPS returns the package to our office, we will notify you and request a different address for delivery.

Please Note: UPS will not make delivery attempts on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal holidays.

The signature requirement for delivery cannot be waived because the gift cards are accepted like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. With the signature requirement we are able to track packages and confirm that your package was delivered properly.

Yes. Any adult can sign on your behalf when the package is delivered to you. We recommend providing an address where you know someone will be available during business hours to sign for the package (i.e., a business address).

We can ship to any street address in the 50 states. Please be sure to include all appropriate information such as a suite number, business name or any other relevant information that will help UPS deliver your package promptly.

Please Note: UPS will not deliver to a PO Box and does require an adult signature upon delivery.

We ship our gift cards via UPS Signature Required Deliveries. UPS Ground Delivers within 5 business days anywhere in the 50 states.

We ship our Gift Cards via UPS Ground, the package will be guaranteed for delivery within 5 business days.

Call our Gift Card Team at 847-303-4400 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We will help track your package and make sure you receive it at a proper address. Though packages typically do arrive quickly, they can take up to 5 business days to be received. Please allow for longer delivery times during the holiday season.
